Sara is studied many different styles of yoga and body techniques, and she draws on those styles as inspiration. They have all taught her how to think deeply about the body and to allow for it’s own intelligence.
In her classes, she loves to combine progressive pose sequencing to help her students deepen their practice. A unique set of bio-mechanical alignment principles is applied to each asana. Integrating these alignment instructions with dynamics and breathing offers students a safe and deep experience of yoga in every class.
She creates classes to bring greater clarity for the Asana completion, but also to encourage students to feel their body and explore the self-healing benefits of their practice.
Her goal as Yoga teacher is to bring greater awareness to both body and mind. Students stepping off the mat feeling refreshed, toned, nourished and balanced is her hope.
